I cannot get enough of this place! My favorite is the "Cue-Pit" and they never disappoint. The ladies working there are funny, bright and friendly. Their smiles will make a bad day better and the food - untouchable. They don't forget items with your order and the value is amazing! Go here if you want GREAT smokehouse bbq.

Had the Big Dipper which is a French dip. Good taste and size, but tortilla chips and salsa that it came with didn't really go with it. With all the talk of fast service I almost didn't call ahead; I'm glad I did because it was 20 minutes and I still had to wait once I got there. I'll probably give them another shot.

Will not support businesses that refuse to protect their employees and customers. No gloves and no masks by any employee (against state health code). They even mock customers who do wear masks indoors. Will not eat at again, and will not recommend. Their food is Definitely Not worth it.

We were excited to try this restaurant for the first time, but upon arrival we noticed none of the employees were wearing masks, or gloves. When we asked why they responded with "did you read our sign?" No, I didn't read your sign, but I do know there is a statewide mandate requirement for employees and customers to were masks, especially one's preparing food during covid19!!!

Phenomenal.I took some co-workers here for lunch on a business trip.Everyone is raving about the food.The service was super friendly and prompt.Will DEFINITELY return when I am back that way.

I arrived within minutes of closing, and sincerely welcomed. Ordered a fresh romaine salad adorned with gently smoked pork loin, every fresh vegetable I would want, and real buttermilk ranch dressing. It was luscious, and more than I could finish during a brief lunch. It's still fresh this evening as a midnight snack. The owners look to be honest, hard working townsfolk, and if you have even a passing fancy for smoked meat Alder Smokehouse will reward you for your time, and portion of your budget.

Delicious pulled pork. The flavor of the cooked meat was so wonderful that I ate most of it without BBQ sauce.

Glad I trusted the reviews! This place was great. I had one of the best French dips I've ever had and the au jus was extra awesome. They served it with chips and some great Pico de galo. The service was also exceptional.

Went there yesterday and had the Pulled Pork Family meal. Food was Awesome and the Folks were friendly. It is Worth Eating here.

This place is so good! I wish I could eat here way more often. The hours of business are somewhat limited. But if you find yourself in North Bend around lunch time during the week, not Monday, you should eat here if you haven't yet. Thursday is burger day, they are huge & delicious. Salads, wraps, sandwiches & dinner combos all with amazing BBQ. Get some you wont be sorry.

Awesome!! So yummy!! Staff was so friendly and the food came fast. My sandwich was Hugh and so delicious. Make sure you save room for the big fresh made cookies.

Really nice people and good BBQ, but there's two things that will keep me from returning. The first is the single use plastics that get served with every meal and subsequently end up in the landfill. The second is that none of the employees/owners wear masks. That's their own personal choice, but masks are to protect others and ought to be worn where food is served. I've spent a fair amount of money here over the years and I hope this review doesn't come off as vindictive as these are completely fixable choices and I would love to return one day if they are ever remedied.

Great food, even better prices! I love their pulled pork and garlic bread. Can't beat their bbq sauce eithet. Super easy stop on the way to work if you call in the order, or even eat in if you have the time. Very sweet employees and great atmosphere.

The chickado sandwiches are by far the best chicken I have had in this area. And believe me I have searched high and low! So moist and chewable! Thank you!

A little pricey, but worth it. My sandwich is always so thick it's a meal and snack to me. Their salsa is so fresh and delicious.

Great Bar-B-Q!

My very favorite EVER French dip sandwich. They expertly smoke the meat. Slice it nice and thin and pile it super high. I love it so much I have never ordered any other sandwich. Do be aware that sometimes they run out of the roast beef..I always call ahead to make sure it's available. I see people enjoying everything from the menu....and make a special trip just for their wonderful sandwiches. And the owner is just the greatest. Oh and their ranch dressing is homemade I'm sure... it's so delicious.
